Every BAR TEN 1869 product is handcrafted in small batches and carefully inspected before it leaves us. We want your order to arrive exactly as it should, so we take the same care with packing and shipping that we do with making what goes inside the box.

Shipping

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more to addresses within the contiguous United States. The $75 minimum is based on the product total before taxes, and the order must ship to a single delivery address.

Free shipping is not currently available to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

At this time, online ordering is available for U.S. addresses only. If you are interested in having an order shipped internationally, please get in touch with us before placing your order so we can determine whether shipping is possible.

Packed thoughtfully

We do our best to keep shipping costs reasonable while making sure your products are well-protected on their way to you. When appropriate, we also reuse clean packing and shipping materials rather than unnecessarily sending them to the waste stream. Your package may not always contain brand-new packing material—but everything inside has been carefully and intentionally packed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our bath, body, and home products are made for personal use, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy allows us to protect the health, safety, and integrity of our products. Once an item has left our care, we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and we would never resell a returned personal-care product to another customer.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we accidentally send you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order information, along with photographs of the item and its packaging, so we can investigate what happened and make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include a replacement or refund at BAR TEN 1869's discretion.
